The BFG by Roald Dahl
The BFG by Roald Dahl is a beloved children's fantasy adventure about friendship, courage and one very unusual giant.
One night, Sophie is snatched from her bed and carried away to Giant Country. Fortunately, her captor is the Big Friendly Giant — the BFG — who is completely different from the terrifying giants around him.
While the other giants travel the world looking for human beings to eat, the BFG spends his nights collecting dreams and delivering them to sleeping children. Together, Sophie and her enormous new friend hatch a daring plan to stop the other giants once and for all.
Filled with imaginative language, unforgettable characters and Quentin Blake's iconic illustrations, The BFG is a timeless Roald Dahl classic for young readers who love funny, magical and adventurous stories.
